Dealing with people who are so bad at computers has either sapped my patience or made more arrogant. Maybe it's just that I don't have time to indulge them. Every call from them is an interruption to The Big Phone Project that I've been working on for a month now.
GAAHH!!!
ok, so what started this post was...
I had sent an email saying "if your extension is 20 you would do blah blah blah"
I got an email back from one person saying "It says 20 is an invalid extenion"
"that's because you need to you use your extension, not 20"
Then while composing this I got back:
"I forgot my extension, could you look that up for me?"
For reference they should be using that regularly to check their messages.
*sigh*
